All payouts are made in US funds.
We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time for any reason we find suitable. Any remaining balances until that time will be sent to you.
We are not liable to any damages due to server downtime, incorrect usage, technical issues or false representation.
Divorced from all policy considerations and statute at your domicile, Fetishbucks will NOT allow any promotional practice viewed to be improper by a 'reasonable man'. Email spamming newsgroup spamming, fraudulent credit activity, promotional methods outside those described throughout the Fetishbucks site will not be allowed.
We have zero tolerance for these activities and will provide full disclosure to federal and international agencies investigating fraudulent activities.
Accounts idle for more than 30 days (no traffic) may be closed without warning.
Any account with a conversion ratio (initial joins to full memberships) of less than 30% may be switched without notice to the partnership program.
